Great, filling and healthy!!

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie Recipe
serves 2

2 bananas sliced and frozen
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
3/4 cup skim milk or almond milk

Put oats in blender and blend until they’re powdery. Add remaining ingredients and blend until there are no more chunks of frozen banana. Garnish with fresh banana slices if desired.

*note: you can add flaxseed or chia seeds for extra nutrition!!

Watermelon Lime Frosty

Watermelon Lime Frosty (or Margarita)

Makes 2

3 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
2 tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup
Zest from 2 limes
Juice from 2 limes (about 4 tablespoons)
1/2 cup water

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more water as needed to keep the mixture moving.

For margaritas: add 3-4 shots of silver tequila

6 Strawberries, diced
1 Plum, diced
18 Cherries, pitted
4 C. Filtered Water
2-3 Tbsp. Stevia
Mesh Strainer

Directions:

Simply blend/liquify your fruit in your blender along with your water. Strain into a medium sized bowl. Be sure to press out the juice from the pulp with a spoon to get as much juice out of the pulp. Sweeten your water with agave nectar or honey. Serve chilled or over ice cubes. Garnish each glass with whole cherries!”

Avocado Blueberry Fat Burner Smoothi

Ingredients:

1.5 cups Avocado
1.5 cups Blueberries
1.5 cups Green Tea
3 tablespoons Oatmeal

Use blender to combine Avocado, Blueberries and Green Tea. Add Oatmeal.

Tip: start with slow speed on blender and finish with 20-30 seconds on high speed to blend to right consistency.

Makes 3-4 servings

Strawberry Punch………… so refreshing

1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
2-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup thawed pink lemonade concentrate
3/4 cup sugar
1 quart strawberry ice cream
2-1/2 quarts ginger ale, chilled

Directions

In a punch bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Add ice cream; stir gently. Add ginger ale; stir gently. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 quarts.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries
2 cups watermelon, cubed
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
dash of course salt
filtered water

 

This hydrating and antioxidant infused-water boasts flavor and skin enhancing nutrients, not to mention a beautiful presentation! Enjoy this refreshing and seasonal anti-inflammatory drink!

Directions

1. Muddle the strawberries and rosemary in a bowl.

2. Add the muddled ingredients and the watermelon to a large pitcher. Pour water over the ingredients and stir.

3. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, and enjoy
