Cheesy Garlic Chicken

Cheesy Garlic Baked Chicken Recipe!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts -thin
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of cheese


Preheat oven to 375°F and line a casserole dish with tin foil this will help with the clean up afterwards 🙂 lightly grease it.

In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender.

Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar & a teaspoon of salt

Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish and cover with 3/4 of the garlic and brown sugar mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Within the last 10 minutes before removing it out of the oven put your cheese on top then put the remaining brown sugar and garlic mixture on top of the cheese and let bake 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Chicken

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Bacon Wrapped, Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon green onion, Chopped
2 pieces bacon, Partially Cooked


Pound out Chicken breast so it is about 1/4″ thick.

Mix together cream cheese and green onions and spread cheese mixture over 1 side of chicken breast.

Roll CHicken breast up to conseal cream cheese.

Wrap partially cooked bacon around chicken breast and secure with toothpick.

Plase on baking sheet and back for about 30 minutes at 375.

Broil for about 5 minute to crisp bacon.

you can sub turkey bacon for the bacon, and a low fat cream cheese to make this healthier !!

Beefy Scallop Casserole Scalloped Potato Beefy Casserole

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes (I use loaded baked potato)
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. green pepper


Brown ground beef and onions, drain, add celery and green peppers.
Mix scalloped potatoes (box instructions).
Bake according to box directions. If you want, top with some shredded cheese or sour cream dollop

Pizza Stuffed Chicken Breast

Pizza Stuff Chicken INGREDIENTs:

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 oz. mozzarella cheese
1.25 oz. (approx. 16 slices) pepperoni
1 large egg
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
to taste salt and pepper

STEP 1: Trim the chicken breasts. Slice each breast in half diagonally to create two diamond-like shaped pieces. Using a small, sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each breast piece. This can be slightly tricky on thinner pieces so be careful. Be sure not to cut all the way through the meat but rather just into one side so that the fillings will stay in.

STEP 2: Stuff each piece of chicken with 1/2 oz. of cheese and about 4 slices of pepperoni. Lightly season each piece with salt and pepper. Set the stuffed chicken aside.

STEP 3: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Begin to heat a large skillet with 6 Tbsp of vegetable oil over medium/high heat. Collect three shallow dishes and put the flour in one, the egg in another and the bread crumbs in the third. Beat the egg until it is an even consistency (adding a 1/2 tsp of water helps break it up).

STEP 4: One by one, coat each piece of chicken in the flour, then the egg then the bread crumbs. Use your hands so that you can keep the open side of the pocket pinched closed and keep the fillings in. The flour helps the egg adhere and the egg keeps the bread crumbs in place. This is a basic bread coating.

STEP 5: Test the oil in the skillet to see if it is hot enough by dropping a small pinch of bread crumbs in. The bread crumbs should sizzle and dance A LOT. It is very important that the oil is hot enough or else the breading will soak up a lot of oil and you’ll end up with some really greasy chicken!. Place all four pieces of chicken in the skillet and cook until it is golden brown and crispy on each side. This should take no more than 2-3 minutes.

STEP 6: When you remove the chicken pieces from the skillet, transfer them to the baking sheet and place it in the oven. Finish baking the chicken (to cook the inside) for about 25 minutes (longer if you have larger pieces). Remove from the oven (check to make sure the chicken is cooked through) and serve immediately!

Pizza Chicken No Bread No Crust

Chicken Pizza


1 boneless chicken breast, pounded flat if thick
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, to taste
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
4 slices pepperoni
1 teaspoon butter or oil
2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 thin green pepper rings
1 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded

Season the chicken with salt and other seasonings; grill.
Meanwhile, sauté the mushrooms and pepper rings in butter or oil until slightly tender, but not mushy; set aside. Spread the sauce over the chicken, then top with the pepperoni, the pepper rings, mushrooms and then finally, the cheese. Sprinkle with a little additional Italian seasoning, if desired.

Bake at 350Âş about 10-15 minutes or until hot and the cheese is melted. Serve at once.

Chicken Cordon Bleu – Easy

Easy Cordon Bleu

Chicken breasts,
Cheese (I used swiss),
1 egg,
1 cup bread crumbs,
Sliced ham.

Flatten the chicken and coat one side in whipped egg and dip in bread crumbs. Lay a slice of ham and cheese on the “not bread crumb” side and roll up like a sleeping bag.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350

Chicken Roll Up Casserole

Chicken Roll Up

Chicken crescent roll ups:
Sounded to good to pass up
1 1/2 cup cooked and cubed chicken
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of milk
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of crescent rolls (8 count)

Mix 1 1/2 cup of chicken and 1/2 cup of cheese in a bowl.
(I used my hands to mix it and mush it all together.)

Roll out and separate the crescent rolls.
In each triangle,

place 2 tablespoons of the chicken/cheese mix, and roll it up in the crescent roll.

Once you have all 8 rolled up,

place them along the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish.

Pour the 1 cup of milk over the roll-ups. Spoon out the cream of chicken soup (undiluted) on top.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Crock Pot Chicken

Crock Pot Chicken Sweet Baby Rays

Sweet Baby Ray’s Crock pot Chicken:

4-6 chicken breast,
1 btl Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce,
1/4 c vinegar,
1 tsp red pepper flakes,
1/4 c brown sugar,
1 tsp garlic powder.

Mix everything but chicken. Place chicken in crock pot (frozen is ok). Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cook on low 4-6 hours. —

Taco Bake

Taco Bake


2 crescent roll tubes
1 LB ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
1 or 2 diced tomatoes depending on size
1/2 small can sliced olives if desired
Sour cream optional
sliced avacado optional




Lay out the two tubes of crescent pastry, thick sides in. Use some of the left over crescent rolls to to make the center a bit thicker.

Brown beef and add taco seasoning.
Lay beef in a circle inside of the laid out crescent rolls
Add cheese to the top

Pull over crescent rolls and tuck in under meat and cheese.

Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives, sour cream or whatever you desire for your tacos, in the middle.

Follow cook time on the pack of crescent rolls!
