Pumpkin Seeds

Boo!

Remove seeds from pumpkin and separate from pumpkin guts….
Rinse seeds well in cold water….
Sprinkle seasoned salt to taste….
Heat frying pan to medium heat…
Add seeds to pan (no oil or butter required)…
Stir seeds constantly to prevent from burning…
Heat until seeds are a nice golden brown and start to open…

(Warning! Seeds could spontaneously pop open with the intensity of a pop corn kernel popping…. Be prepared! I screamed!)

Season with additional seasoning salt if desired…
Enjoy!
